What is the translation for the Italian word "piccolino"?Need Italian to English translation...?
"very small", literally, or also a fond way to addressing to a young children: "ciao, piccolino!" = "hello, honey!"

"piccolino" is male, "piccolina" female

In order to be more accurate: "piccolissimo" or "molto piccolo" are Italian for "very small", but "piccolino" is very often used as a synonym.
