English to italian translation, please help?

I want to say "I hope you are well" in italian, but in a formal way.

Would it be correct to say "Spero che Lei stia bene." or, what should I say?

Also how would I say something like "your email was very helpful, thank you very much!" in formal italian? (speaking to a woman)

any help appreciated, thank youu.English to italian translation, please help?
