sient n'fa accuss矛 nu da rett a nisciun fatt e fatt tuoj ma se a suffr矛 cacci'a currea
is that sentence from a song? what does it mean? cheers|||It's from a Pino Daniele's song "YES I KNOW MY WAY" and lyrics is a mix of English and Neapolitan (an Italian dialect).
Correct spelling is :
"Siente fa' accussi', nun da' retta a nisciuno, fatte 'e fatte tuoie
ma si haje suffri' caccia a currea".
That's is in English
Listen (to me), don't do in this way, don't pay attention to anybody, make your own business but if you've to suffer take off (your) leather belt ...
"take off your belt" is an idiomatic phrasing meaning "you must fight, struggle".
Here's the full lyrics for yr checking

I'm guessing it's a southern dialect, which is almost a different language than Italian entirely. If you did it by ear, maybe the Italian is just written in a less than perfect way.
