This is from a plaque in Avigliano Potenza, Italy. This dosen't translate well into English, I've used several translations tools. Can anyone please tell me what this says. Thanks.

Nostalgia is just as the sky or the sea, that one sea who hasn't yet turned in a defined color. Deep blue, light emerald'ish , at night, moon makes it silver.
