Short Italian (?) to English translation?

Anche tutto il resto andava fotografato in HI-RES!

Thanks :)Short Italian (?) to English translation?
All the rest as well should've been photographed in high resolution!

In Italian imperfect is often (in everyday talking) used in stead of past conditional, so "andava" here is used instead of "avrebbe dovuto essere".

So the meaning is not "was photographed" but "was supposed to be photographed"

Anche tutto il resto avrebbe dovuto essere fotografato in HI-RES!
Don't forget to add "Even" at the beginning of that sentence: the translation of "anche", which is "even", is missing.

Larissa: I think 'as well' covers that fine ... or you could use 'too' at the end of the sentence ... "You should have photographed the rest in high res, too".

You're right, Cosimo: "as well" covers that fine.

Anyway, as far as I know, "as well" (synonym of "also" and "too") should be placed at the end of the sentence and not right after the subject, shouldn't it?

Everything else was photographed in HI-RES!
Also all the rest went photographed in hi-res!

I'm also learning Italian, by the way.
we should have Taken photo (in HI-RES) even to all the rest !

PS I don't know what hi-res is....
everyone is wrong.

it means: even/also all the rest was photographed in HIGH RESOLUTION.

also, the person who claims to be a "native italian speaker" has a completely wrong translation!
Also all the rest went photographed in HI-RES!
dno
"Even all the rest was to be photographed in Hi-Res", or

"Even all the rest should have been photographed in Hi.Res".
