xXxITALIAN to English translation please?
A : anchorwoman
R : Raoul
A - How long do you know Chiara (his wife) and how long you and Chiara are married?
R - From 1997, (13 years)
A - I know you use the polite form when you speak to your mother-in-law, is that true?
R- yes, I do. I think it's mportant to be polite with people in generally, I use to do that even when I work.
A - What did you like of Chiara the first time you met her?
R - She came to my house with a friend of us who introduced Chiare to myself. I was so excited. The first thing I like of Chiare was her character. She has a strong character, she is not too gentle all the time, she is honest and sincere
A - How did you do the marriage proposal?
R - I just said '' you have to marry me'' without any question mark, like an order!
Then they continued to talk about his work.
When they started to talk about the children they were talking about Raoul's calendar which was set in some marine places and the anchorwoman said:
A - Did you teach to your children to swim?
R - They just know, They both were born underwater. watching my children birthing undrewater was a fantastic thing.
A - What do you remeber about those moments? Did you feel faint?
R - No, I didn't, i picked my son up soon after he born. There was just me and my wife in the room and I feelt a little bit irresponsible for that, but in that moment we were sure we were making all in the right way. It was a magic moment for us.
this is a brief synthesis of they talked about.
Sorry for my english... I have to study more... tell me if I did some mistakes by an e-mail if you want so I can learn more... Ciao

Italian to English translation!?
I am taking Italian and I need to describe myself. So, can someone help me translate my paragraph. Here it is:
I live with my brother, mother, and father. When I am older, I either want to be a pharmacist or a teacher. In terms of ethnicity, I am Italian and German. Sports are very important to me; I run cross country in the fall, play basketball in the winter, and run outdoor track in the spring. During my free time, I like watching TV and listening to music. My favorite movies are Love and Basketball and Prefontaine. My favorite TV shows are Sportscenter and Modern Family and red and blue are my favorite colors. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and going to New York City.
Yes, I started out with my name, but I know how to say that stuff. So I didn't include it.
And please don't use a translation site. I could easily go to Google Translate or something but those sites don't give accurate translations. So please only answer if you speak Italian fluently. Thank You :)Italian to English translation!?

What is the english translation for the italian phrases spoken in the twilight new moon movie?
When he says “La Tua Cantante”, Aro is referring to Edward lusting for Bella’s blood more than anyone else’s: translated more literally, your singer. Later Aro says “Fore … ne il vostro l’uno o altro,” which in Italian, translates to perhaps, nor yours either.
What is said before Jacob and Bella almost share a kiss. He says “kwop kilawtey”, which in Quileute, translates to “stay with me forever”.What is the english translation for the italian phrases spoken in the twilight new moon movie?

You can simply say "Come va ?"
and answer to this question is :
"Va bene grazie, e tu ?" (informal)
or "Va bene grazie, e lei" (formal)
or "Va bene grazie, e voi" (if the answer is addressed to more than one person).
An alternative could be :
come stai ? informal
come sta ? formal
come state ? addressed to more people
and respective answers are :
sto bene grazie, e tu
sto bene grazie, e lei
sto bene grazie, e voiHow to translation from english to italian?
well literally it is
bene, come ti stai facendo
good how are you doing

and ims not sureif the slang version(like joey in friends, how YOU doin) is any different, so i just used proper italian

what does 'Perch茅 lei sembra cos矛 avvitato?' mean? I thought it meant "why do you look screwed?Need English-Italian Translation?
"Avvitato" is the literal translation of "screwed", but in Italian it doesn't have the same figurative meaning... it just means that a screw has been turned.
Probably the sentence you wrote is the result of an automatic translation.
If you want to ask "why do you look so screwed?" in Italian you should say "perch茅 sembri cos矛 nervoso?" or, more slang but better, "perch茅 sei cos矛 fuori?"
This is not "correct italian" but means "that a person is closed in his-self"...Means that a stupid person makes for every problem also easy..a big problem...This is "figurated" language from the habit of spiders to screwed theirs victims in the web....I hope to have been usefull...

I need Italian to English translation. for music.?
I need to know what these music words in Italian mean in English. Please lable the ones u answer.
Andante
issimo
vivace
staccato
adagioI need Italian to English translation. for music.?
From fastest to slowest, the common tempo markings are:
Prestissimo - as fast as possible (200 - 208 bpm)
Vivacissimo - very vivacious
Allegrissimo - very cheerful
Presto - fast (168 - 200 bpm)
Vivo - live
Vivace - lively and fast (~140 bpm)
Allegro assai- rather cheerful
Allegro - cheerful and quickly (120 - 168 bpm)
Allegro Moderato - Moderately cheerful ad quick
Allegretto - Rather lively (but less so than Allegro)
Moderato - moderately (90 - 115 bpm)
Andantino - Alternatively faster or slower than Andante.
Andante - walking (76 - 108 bpm)
Adagietto - Rather slow
Adagio - slowly (66 - 76 bpm)
Larghetto (60 - 66 bpm)
Lento - very slow
Largo - suspended (40 - 60 bpm)
Lentissimo - very very slow
Adagissimo -slower than Lentissimo
Larghissimo - very wide
Grave - heavy, seriously
Maestoso - Majestically
'a tempo' return to the beginning tempo (speed), usually from a ritardando (slow down) or accelerando (speed up)
All of these markings are based on a few root words such as 'allegro', 'largo', 'adagio', 'vivace', 'presto' 'andante' and 'lento'. By adding the -issimo ending the word is amplified, by adding the -ino ending the word is diminished, and by adding the -etto ending the word is endeared.
There are also Common Qualifiers
assai - very, as in Allegro assai (but also understood by some as "enough")
con brio - with vigor
con moto - with motion
non troppo - not too much, e.g. Allegro non troppo (or Allegro ma non troppo) means "Fast, but not too much."
non tanto - not so much
molto - very, as in Molto Allegro or "Adagio Molto"
poco - slightly, as in Poco Adagio
pi霉 - more, as in Pi霉 Allegro; used as a relative indication when the tempo changes
meno - less, as in Meno Presto
In addition to the common "Allegretto," composers freely apply Italian diminutive and superlative suffixes to various tempo indications: Andantino, Larghetto, Adagietto, Larghissimo.
Some markings that primarily mark a mood (or character) also have a tempo connotation:
Vivace - lively (which generally indicates a rather fast movement)
Maestoso - majestic or stately (which generally indicates a solemn, slow movement)
Sostenuto - Sustained, sometimes with a slackening of tempo.
Composers may use expressive marks to adjust the tempo:
Accelerando - speeding up (abbreviation: accel.)
Ritardando - delaying (abbreviation: rit. or more specifically, ritard.)
Meno Mosso - less movement or slower
Pi霉 Mosso - more movement or faster
Rallentando - slowing down, especially near the end of a section (abbreviation: rall.)
Ritenuto - slightly slower; temporarily holding back. (Note that the abbreviation for ritenuto can also be rit. Thus a more specific abbreviation is riten.)
Stretto - rushing ahead; temporarily speeding up
Rubato - free adjustment of tempo for expressive purposes
Allargando - growing broader; decreasing tempo, usually near the end of a piece
Mosso"" - movement, more lively, or quicker, much like 'Pi霉 Mosso', but not as extreme
While the base tempo indication (such as "Allegro") appears in large type above the staff, these adjustments typically appear below the staff or (in the case of keyboard instrument) in the middle of the grand staff.
Several terms control how large and how gradual this change is:
poco a poco - bit by bit, gradually
subito - suddenly
poco - a little
molto - a lotI need Italian to English translation. for music.?
Andante-Going
issimo- or

staccato-detached

Translation help for english saying into italian?
Hey Yahoo! Answer Users~
Can you translate the english saying "Beauty is found in the heart." into italian? Not a literal, word-for-word translation, but an idiomatic one?
Thanks!
~BlueSeaBubbleBeeTranslation help for english saying into italian?
Even if Jeavida's translation is correct, I would say:
La vera bellezza si trova in fondo al cuore
(True beauty is found into the heart)
OR
Solo nel cuore si pu貌 trovare/pu貌 essere trovata la (vera) bellezza
(It is just inside the heart that you can find (real) beauty/(real) beauty can be found)
Hope that's what you meant =)

I will try and telephone but I am not sure if Ann is visiting my house on Friday. I was quite shocked to find out that Paul had got married last year.. I knew nothing about it but I suppose it has nothing to do with me. I don't think Gina and Paul accepts me as family

Provero' a telefonare ma non sono sicuro (if you are a guy. If you are a girl use "sicura") se Ann verra' a casa mia a fare visita venerdi'. Sono rimasto (or "rimasta" if you are a girl) piuttosto scioccato (or "scioccata" if you are a girl) quando ho scoperto che Paul si era sposato l'anno scorso. Non ne sapevo nulla ma deduco che non ha niente a che vedere con me. Non penso che Gina e Paul mi accettino come componente della famiglia.
Grazie

Cercher貌 di chiamare ma non sono sicura se Ann vieni a trovarmi il venerdi. Sono rimasta scioccata di scoprire che Paul (Paolo) ha sposato l'anno scorso... Non sapevo niente! Ma credo che non ha nulla a che fare con me. Penso che Gina e Paul non mi prendono come famiglia.

Hope this helped. I am italian but have been living in Scotland since i was very young... It's not word for word but i exchanged some phrases which make more sense in Italy. All the best and i'm sorry to hear that...English / Italian translation (Not web Translation)?

I don't even know if it's spelled right, because Google Translations isn't translating it. Please translate to English- Vai vai Italia. Thank you!Italian to English translation?
Literally "you go you go Italy" Vai is you go. You go to Italy should be Vai a Italia. Maybe it's some chant, like go team go.Italian to English translation?
It's similar to the french 'Vive la France!' and basically just means 'Go Italy!'. It shows enthusiasm and support.Italian to English translation?
I just get via via Italy on my translator so it must be spelled wrong but means Long Live Italy

Italian to English translation needed?
"Nella botte piccola c'猫 sta il vino buono." It's an Italian saying.
I myself translated it into English as: "Good wine saves in small barrels" but it sounds a bit awkward, I guess.Italian to English translation needed?
I think you're puzzled because of a misunderstanding on my previous answer :)
I wrote "Nella botte piccola c'猫/ci sta il vino buono" but actually I meant you have to use "c'猫" or "ci sta"; so the proverb is:
"Nella botte piccola c'猫 il vino buono"
or
"Nella botte piccola ci sta il vino buono"
Both "c'猫" and "ci sta" mean "there is": "A Roma c'猫 il Colosseo" = "In Rome there is the Coliseum".
"ci sta" is not the most "elegant" form, but is correct and often used.
"Nella botte piccola c'猫 sta il vino buono" literally means "In the small barrels, there rests good wine."
nella = in the
botte = barrel
piccola = small
c'猫 = there is
sta = rests
il vino = the wine
buono = good
For "Good wine saves in small barrels," I would say "Il buon vino si tiene nelle botti piccole."
il = the
buon = good
vino = wine
si tiene = saves itself / keeps itself
nelle = in the
botti = barrels
piccole = small
I'm no good with idioms, though. There could totally be a "detto" that I'm just not aware of that says exactly what you're looking for.Italian to English translation needed?

Can somebody please translate the following into accurate Italian? Accurate being the key-word here, because if I wanted google to translate it, I could do that myself. Online translation-generators are just enormously inaccurate. So if you're unsure, then thank you for wanting to help, but please don't answer.

- I'll admit that your infatuation with the girl is endearing, but I'm sorry to say that it's hardly requited. Our friend Tom谩s has an eye for these things.-
Thank you!English to Italian translation please?
francis is wrong, that isn't the translation of your sentence..
that's the real translation:
I'll admit --%26gt; ammetter貌 (there's just the verb, because in italian the subject can be implied) - in this context it would be better if you said "ammetto", which means "I admit", present simple.
that --%26gt; che
your infatuation --%26gt; la tua infatuazione (literally "the your infatuation". in italian you have to write the article!)
with the girl --%26gt; per la ragazza (with is translated with "per", which means "to, for".)
is endearing --%26gt; 猫 accattivante
but I'm sorry to say --%26gt; there isn't a literally translation into italian. you can say "ma mi dispiace di dover dire" which means "but I'm sorry i have to say"
that it's hardly requited --%26gt; che 猫 appena contraccambiata.
our friend tomas --%26gt; il nostro amico Tomas
has an eye --%26gt; ha occhio
for those things --%26gt; per queste cose (literally "for these things". in italian THESE is more used than THOSE)
so:
Ammetto che la tua infatuazione per la ragazza 猫 accattivante, ma mi dispiace di dover dire che 猫 appena contraccambiata. il nostro amico Tomas ha occhio per queste cose.
I hope I helped you!

What is the exact translation from italian to english of CIMICI.?
I know it's a bug but what kind? What is the exact translation from italian to english of CIMICI.?
Typically cimici = bedbugs, though the more precise term is "cimici dei letti," as there are several species in that family. The most common, though, is the bedbug.
Regarding the Southern Green Shield bug: according to Wikipedia, it doesn't even belong to the same family as bed bugs. Shield bugs (aka stink bugs) are Pentatomoidea; bed bugs are Cimicidae.
I know in some languages the two are actually called by the same name. Not sure about Italian. When in doubt, you could always use the Latin name: Cimex lectularius (bed bug) and Nezara viridula (southern green shield bug). What is the exact translation from italian to english of CIMICI.?
I gave a look to the answers and to the links above, I'm Italian and i tell you for sure that what we usually call CIMICE is the Southern Green Shield bug, or stink bug, and all the Pentatomidae bug family. About the bed bug, it just belongs to the same big Heteroptera family (as i read on wikipedia just now...).What is the exact translation from italian to english of CIMICI.?
it's a bed or wood bug
it is the sme in english and it is a bed bug

English to Italian translation needed by Italian speakers only, not by online translator please!!!?
I am getting a female dog whos name is "Mia" (my/or mine in Italian....I think.) There are two phrases that I would like translated. And the online translators that I have used have all been a little different....The first one is "My beautiful girl" and the 2nd one is, "My beautiful angel."
I would like to know the proper way to say this to someone who is fluent in Italian.
Thank you so much for your help!!English to Italian translation needed by Italian speakers only, not by online translator please!!!?
You could say "bella mia", or "stella mia" (my star) but "my angel" in Italian sounds like "angelo mio", since the gender of the noun "angelo" is masculine (although the gender of angels has yet to be definitely proven).English to Italian translation needed by Italian speakers only, not by online translator please!!!?
I speak Spanish and Italian
My Beautiful Angel- Il mio angelo bello
My Beautiful Girl- La mia bella ragazza
Just Say it the way it is spelled!

Italian:
Tu sei mio fratello e io ti amo
Spanish:
T煤 eres mi hermano y Te quiero
Sorry, I do not know turkish
In Italian you only say "I love you" (Ti Amo) to your marriage mate.
For all others, friends, family member, parents, brothers and sisters etc.. you would say "Ti Voglio Bene"
Literally translated into English it is: "I want good for you" but really means "I love or have love for you"
You would not say "Ti Amo" to your brother! Please I need translation from english to italian, spanish and turkish?
Ambra has good translations.
In Italian you only use 'ti amo' with lovers and romantic relations, not family members.
For family members, you say as Ambra said, "ti voglio bene," which does not have a translation in English, it is somewhere between 'I like you' and 'I love you.'
Ahh, sorry tolinrom :)

And there it is behind you, you can see it
Yes, with love, the heart recommences to dream
Let it fly to your star
You will meet your goal toward the sun
Finding peace
The stars are little diamonds
They illuminate the sky of hope
In the immensity shines your star up there

"Live Your Dream"
At night the stars shine up there
They awake us with a thousand dreams
Singing us sweet melodies
Listen to the mystery of the sky
Searching inside ourselves for an answer
You can find it within a song
There always is a star that will light your path
And there it is behind you, you can see it
Yes, with love, the heart recommences to dream
Let it fly to your star
You will meet your goal toward the sun
Finding peace
The stars are little diamonds

In the immensity shines your star up there
And there it is before you, you can see it
Yes, with love, the heart recommences to dream
Let it fly to your star
You will meet your goal toward the sun
Finding peace

English to Italian need correct translation of lyrics....?
hi I am American and my male friend and I are trying to find the correct English to Italian translation of a phrase for a pendant he wants inscribed for his Italian girlfriend as a Christmas gift. They lyric is from her favorite song "use somebody" by kings of leon. What's the word for word translation into Italian? Thank you.
"I hope it's gonna make you notice, someone like me."
All we could find on Google translations is:
"I hope you will see someone like me," LOL, that is not the correct song lyrics.English to Italian need correct translation of lyrics....?
Perhaps because you put a comma after 'notice'...

English to Italian translation! PLEASE HELP!?
Okay, so I am trying to write a birthday card to my grandfather and I wrote it out in English and then tried to translate it myself into Italian, however, I still have a lot to do to prepare for his party and I don't have time to look it over much more. Plus, my translation is probably not very good. PLEASE HELP!
Here is the English version:
Nonno,
I know I have never written you a card before, or ever expressed just how much I love you, but I think that it is finally time that I tell you just how much you mean to me. From when I was a little girl, I always felt a special connection to you. You always knew how to make me smile, and you were always there for me when I needed you. Even today, when I think back to the days when you used to take me to the park, it brings a smile to my face. Usually when we鈥檇 get home, I would run into the house because lunch was ready, and I don鈥檛 remember if I ever thanked you, but I truly do cherish those memories, because they are what made my childhood such a happy and comforting time. Now, when I am having a bad day, I think back to those days, and it seems that all my problems just fade away. You have done so much for me, and for that, I must say thank you. I don鈥檛 know if anyone has ever really thanked you for all the sacrifices you made, but I think you deserve to know how much we all appreciate it. I know that it is because of you that I am living the life I am living today, and while it does seem overwhelming at times, I know it is nothing compared to what you have had to go through. I am truly grateful for everything you have done Nonno, but I am mostly just grateful to have you in my life. I hope you have a wonderful birthday, because you deserve it!
And here is my Italian translation:
Nonno,

My Italian nephew and his wife are expecting their first baby boy any time now. I would like to send a card of congratulations. Also can this verse on the card I have bought be translated
Congratulations on the birth of baby Davide I am so happy for you both and I cannot wait to see and hold the baby in September.
With much love to you all.

And happiness a lifetime long
May God bless and quide him always

In Italian it's not very good to say the same word more than once, so "bambino" could be understood in both sentences, that's why I'd say it like that...
"non vedo l'ora di vederlo" it's a little bit weird (because of the repetition) but it's used, and now I can't think of anything else...
"Prenderlo in braccio" could work as well, but "tenerlo/stringerlo fra le braccia" sounds better in my opinion...English/Italian translation please?

In Italian it's not very good to say the same word more than once, so "bambino" could be understood in both sentences, that's why I'd say it like that...
"non vedo l'ora di vederlo" it's a little bit weird (because of the repetition) but it's used, and now I can't think of anything else...
"Prenderlo in braccio" could work as well, but "tenerlo/stringerlo fra le braccia" sounds better in my opinion...English/Italian translation please?
Congratulazioni per la nascita del bambino Davide. Sono veramente felice per entrambi e non vedo l'ora di vedere e prendere in braccio il bambino a settembre. con grande affetto a tutti voi
Possa il bambino avere dei sogni (desideri) su cui sperare
e felicit脿 per tutta la vita
Possa Dio benedirlo e guidarlo per sempre

Did our father or any of his brothers have this illness?
Thank you

English/Italian translation
Nostro padre o uno dei suoi fratelli ha mai avuto questa malattia?
Grazie, Chris
("ha avuto" is past tense)
you can actually leave "mai" ("never/ever"), but in current Italian is often common to use this form and anyway always is when asking somebody if he/she had a illness.English/Italian translation
"Ha avuto questa malattia nostro padre o qualche suo fratello?"
Bye!English/Italian translation
Hanno nostro padre o suoi fratelli avuto questa malattia?
I think.

Italian to english translation - come era divertente?
i found a charm at the gym that says come era divertente I googled and found its rough translation is how it was funny . can someone give me insight into a less 3rd grade meaning for this cool charm?Italian to english translation - come era divertente?
Come era divertente means "How much fun it was"Italian to english translation - come era divertente?
come era divertente mean as it was fun
hope this helps
PS I'm italianItalian to english translation - come era divertente?
Actually, it means
What fun it was!
This is a decent English translation.
Or How amusing it has (all) been.
But it's not a good Italian sentence, I think.
The tense implies something is missing, i.e. "what" was such fun?

I need the English translation of this Italian phrase?
Hi,
I need someone to please give me the translation of the Italian phrase "carino troppo." I have a vague understanding of each of these respective words, but used together in this phrase I am not completely sure.
Also, all connotations (i.e. slang usages) of this phrase would be appreciated. Thanks!I need the English translation of this Italian phrase?
The correct way is "troppo carino"; troppo literally means "too much", but here means "very, absolutely"; "carino" (masculine, singular) means nice, lovely or even kind, according to the context. When talking to a person, "sei troppo carino!" 99% of times it means "you're so nice/sweet/cute!"; sometimes may means "you're so kind!".
But it's also appropriate for an object, and of course then just mean "very nice".
the correct phrase would be "troppo carino"
however
"troppo carino" = very pretty/cute
or
"猫 sempre carino con me" = "he's always nice to me"I need the English translation of this Italian phrase?
Troppo= too much
Carino= Sweet heart, Love, Affection
I looked it up on a translator web site and when you enter the Carino Troppo together is says nice too much..
But Carino is not Nice.
"nice too much"

English/Italian translation help please? :)?
Hi everyone! Just wondering if anyone knew what
"Little do you know..." Translated to Italian is?? And also..
"Aim for the moon, even if you miss you'll land among the stars"
And, if you CAN translate them, would you also be able to write down how to pronounce the Italian words too?
I know that sounds weird, just wondering if anyone can!! Thankyou in advance!! xEnglish/Italian translation help please? :)?
little do you know... is poco farla sa
and
aim for the moon... is Mirare per la luna, anche se lei la manca atterrer脿 fra le stelleEnglish/Italian translation help please? :)?
The translation provided by Marquita Vargas is wrong.
@ the_verduz: In che modo avrei dovuto usare il congiuntivo? Scrivendo: "Mira alla luna, anche mancandola atterrerai fra le stelle." ?
Le due frasi che ho scritto le ho anche trovate cercando con Google, ed erano scritte in questo modo.
The translation provided by Marquita Vargas is wrong: It's not Italian.
The translation provided by Elio817 has some problems with verbs. I may agree that the "congiuntivo" is becoming less popular but I think that it must be used, especially if it's on your skin.
I'm not willing to translate it for you because I don't want the responsibility of translating something that will be on your body forever. If I were you, I'll find an English teacher (Italian mother tongue), ask him to translate and then double check it.
You also have to consider that a word-by-word translation doesn't sound good: you have to consider different possible translations (you'll need an Italian mother tongue for this) and find the one you (and the translator) think sounds best.
Mira alla luna, se la manchi sarai sempre tra le stelle.
or
Mira alla luna, anche se la manchi atterrerai fra le stelle.
Could you write down an example for the first phrase?
