yamster, your's is very wrong. your's literally means: remain what you stay. it doesn't make sense. we never use the verb 'stare' for the general sense of 'to be'. we use 'essere'. 'stare' is only used for your health, like 'i am sick': sto malato/a..............but 'i am handsome': sono bello.
mseog, or whatever his name is, has it perfect though: rimani ci貌 (or 'quello') che sei.
